this is so simple and easy. the sweetness of the apples really tones down the intensity of the greens for those that dont like greens (my kids for instance). you could also use chard.
peel and core one apple. i used a gala.
saute in 2 Tbsp of butter
wash and chop the beet greens. i like to use the stems too.
when the apples start to get soft throw in the greens.
cook till wilted and soft.
salt to taste
